What happens if the house doesn’t sell?

If the homeowner takes advantage of our 3rd party financing they would need to be aware of the maturity date of their loan.

There are a few options to the homeowner. They have the option of paying out the third-party lender in full or the homeowner can choose to renew or extend the term. Each situation is dealt with on a case-by-case basis. To discuss options the client will need to speak directly to our 3rd party financing partner.

As we are not directly involved with any financing activities. Please note that additional fees apply when extending or renewing the renovation loan.

Yes, there are fees and interest on the renovation loans.
